Layla platform can be installed in your home or your other residential properties and collects data that allows you to monitor for variables, without intrusive cameras, in order to keep your home or properties safe.
Layla is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of personal information entered while using the Layla website, as well as the privacy of data that is processed by Layla Platform and third-party providers, and for users of the Layla services.
Layla Platform collects for the supply of its services through Layla app, when you interact with the Layla App or with our online website by submitting the website forms, purchase a subscription or register as a customer.

Processor about the personal data collected and processed by the Layla App (Layla has been appointed as Data Processor under the Agreement on the following link)
Layla processes the Personal Data of Users of the Layla app and website. These natural persons are also identified below as "Data Subjects", in accordance with the definitions in current legislation. Below we briefly explain what data we use and for what purposes.
*Identity data, *****including: name (first name, surname), date of birth, email address, preferred language, Wifi networks and passwords, professional information (work email and company name), number of properties, address and name of each property. We use this data to verify your identity, for service provision, for payments and for messaging via email or via the website forms.
Contact details, including: your telephone number, shipping and billing address, email address and any other communication channels you have used to contact us for the purpose of obtaining further information. We use this data to contact you for different reasons depending on the purpose as well as help you with the services purchased through the Platform and to perform the delivery services of the physical products purchased through the Platform (the meter and the sensor).
Geolocation data, including: physical address. We use this data in order to manage our products and adapt your experience with the products themselves to your geographical area, as well as for billing.
Communication data: within the Platform it is possible to send messages via the website forms. The data is then managed within our email for the purpose of contacting the potential customer. Layla recommends not transmitting sensitive data within messages. The name provided by the user will be displayed next to the message.
Payment data: for purchases made by Users on the platform (including the purchase of physical products through the Platform), some personal data are necessarily processed including, in addition to contact data, the tax code, the billing address, financial information and card expiration date and possibly some payment data. The purpose is to allow payments to be made. Layla does not have access to the complete credit card number (and does not process it in any way), it is managed directly by the service provider.
Purchase information, including: payment service provider, subscription duration, price, currency. We use payment service providers to process payments and to manage any refunds. While we do not store credit card information, we do store the payment identification number which is issued by the respective provider (e.g. Apple, Google, Stripe) and may be assigned to you. We use it to process your payments.
Device and usage information, including: data about your device or browser, that gives us suggestions about your browsing habits or your use of devices and helps us to improve the app’s functionality. Device information is collected through our app and your browsing data is collected from our cookies, tags and pixels. The data collected by monitoring services such as Google Analytics and Google Firebase, are then processed. This information includes, but is not limited to: IP addresses, data and visit times, session durations on our website and on the App, data volume transmitted, reference URLs (if you have reached our website via another website or an advertisement), visited pages, browser types (including language and version of the browser software), the type of browser and add-ons, device identifier and characteristics, type of device, versions, operating system version. This is often necessary for purposes related to network security, as well as for the owner's needs related to tracking the use of the service and for the development and improvements of the services.
